Common Issues and Solutions

Q: Not sure how to use a feature?

A: Tap the hint icon on the screen to see a description of that feature. It’s the quickest way to figure out what something does without leaving the app.


Q: No sound?

A: Check your device’s volume settings. If you’re on an iPhone, make sure the Ring/Silent switch on the side of the device is set to ring (no orange showing). Even with the volume turned up, the switch being on silent will mute all sound.


Q: Screen not responding as expected?

A: Try refreshing the page. Use your browser’s reload button, or pull down on the page to refresh. This resolves most display and interaction issues.


Q: Still not working after refreshing?

A: Clear your browser cache. Outdated cached data can sometimes prevent the app from working correctly. The steps for clearing the cache vary by browser — search for “(your browser name) clear cache” for instructions.
